The employees at this company are top notch. If you have any issues, I do suggest that you call them and talk to them directly. They are quick to respond to emails but, emails are extremely unpersonable. They are very professional and very business oriented. I was having issues conveying my situation through email, and I requested to talk to them on the phone about my horrid situation. I was told to call youthe next business day as it was almost closing time. I promptly received a phone call from Heather with a hour, she was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. I spoke with both Heather and Ryan, they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Again call and speak with either Heather or Ryan, both are very good people and they are more than happy to find a solution to any issues you may have. I personally am dealing with paternity testing and ordered home kits that everything got messed up almost a year ago. Until now when I was able to get the testing done myself, this was no fault of Test Me DNA, they accommodated me far beyond my expectations. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from any company. I would definitely recommend Test Me DNA to anyone in the future. Thank you Heather and Ryan!!!
