I didn't know where to begin the process for my child's court appointed DNA testing which had several variables which made it very difficult (different locations, secure address, separate payments, etc etc), and Scott was so patient and kind in assisting me to ensure a smooth process! I will be bringing my son tomorrow to have him tested and if the lab is even close to the professionalism and caring staff that Scott has been, I know my son will be in excellent hands!!!
