I have had this app for years, and it has progressive gotten worse and worse, and worse, and now they downright have thiefs working for them... They took over $7 of my cash app account, it came off my card already but yet it's saying it's still pending. As long as it does that, I can not dispute the order!!!!! Then it asked you to send 13 different screen shots of where it shows it charged me, then one that shows my name, then one that shows this then that, and I couldn't find I've thing so I had to stop and find out and get back to them which I had to wait until the next day cause it was after 5.... So now I take a picture of what they want. I tried to go back and finish my dispute and now they won't give me a person and they are completely ignoring me.... You are scammers and I will be making a day researching every single company I can go to, private and government, to contact about this and get it investigated, I will also be contacting my local news and any other media I can to warm others of this, and I will follow this website until I die, or they pay me back... And make sure everyone knows what they do
