I ordered 4 x flat sheets. When they arrived one was a fitted sheet so rang and asked for a replacement. Michelle was the lady I spoke to, she emailed me a free returns label and I sent the wrong item back. I received the replacement within 3 days.
The flat sheets are of a generous size, plenty to tuck under the mattress. The colours are bright and look really good with my new duvet sets.
Extreemely pleased with my purchases and will be back to buy more in the future.
