My tablet has a 2 year warranty with it. I have a problem with it that needs rectifying. I have been trying to contact this company for the last 6 weeks by phone and email . No one has made any contact with me despite saying someone will get back to me. So I now have a tablet that I can't use.What is the point of giving a 2 year warranty? Don't blame covid as an answer to none customer service.
