Management of our event was appalling. Organiser didn't contact any of our suppliers as discussed and many of them almost missed the event altogether. Tap water was served to guests when we paid for unlimited bottled water. We asked for some cocktails and the prices they wanted to charge were absolutely ridiculous. Asked for £25 discount after paying a very large fee for hire of boat, catering and drinks but was refused. Nice venue but in the end we paid way over budget and the event organisers and management were very unprofessional.
