Voyage was VERY GOOD INDEED. Captain, crew and Service were most obliging, caring and UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE'S NEEDS. Management experience, however, bad! Naturally I had to see the boat when arranging for elderly, some frail contemporaries. I was told 15 mins walk from Tower Hill or London Bridge stations whereas Cabbie said it to be 40! Had to ASK for rest and facilities on arrival. Louisa then went on holiday, no acknowledgment of cheque. Had not seen Tower Pier! Access: NO WHEELCHAIR KEY for frail guest who became more so, though wheelchairs were there! Two friends could only just support her to her cab. Very distressing! U
