The pre-event communication was very informative and all responses to questions etc. were sent in a timely manner. The onsite team on the day/night were brilliant and stepped in immediately when we needed extra chairs and tables putting out as some unhappy guests didn't have anywhere to sit. We were very well looked after on the night
