Leider war ich jedoch mit der Abdeckung der grauen Haare am Ansatz nicht zufrieden, da diese trotz einer Einwirkzeit von über vier Stunden kaum gedeckt wurden. In einem solchen Fall hätte ich erwartet, dass eine kostenlose Nachbesserung angeboten wird, beispielsweise durch die Verwendung einer anderen Farbe.
