I took my TAG watch in for a replacement button. It went to TAG and I was quoted a daft value of over £750.00 for a service and a button. I advised TH Baker I was not willing to pay this and wanted a full break down of the quote. This was not provided. TH Baker then advised me they have a local individual who can replace the button. Cost £295.00. I agreed to this. It took many many weeks for the repair to be done, I contacted them countless times for an updated. Eventually the repair was completed last week, so I went and picked the watch up. In under a week the watch has been losing time and has now stopped. The watch is a mechanical wind. About can imagine I am very very upset, and will be returning the watch for a repair and explanation on what has happened. I may also seek further legal action.
