Each year the AA send me their quote for the following year. It's always way high, and every year I 'phone them and every year they say "Hold on a minute - I 'll see if I can do anything for you", and every year they then come up with a sensible quote [it's the same with their recovery services also].
Why oh why do they try it on each year - do they think we're completely thick??
