My dad an i were trying to jump start my mini one and forgot that we left the keys in the ignition then the keys got locked inside! I phoned the AA waiting less than a minute for someone to answer so i can explain what happens and within 15 minutes someone arrived! His name was Steve Spiller and he was very honest and genuine. He realized what had happened and we had a few laughs as i could've and should've phoned the AA to sort the problem! Steve was very persistent and professional not wanting to give up in retrieving my keys from the inside! Some time passed and eventually to much surprised he had managed to squeeze the keys between my drivers window! Id rate him 11 out of 10! top bloke, he turned a rubbish day into a great day.
