I rang AA to ask for help as car not safe yo drive to work and they gave me another number to call I asked them to do more to help me and call me back They called me and could do nothing about excess and just wanted to give me another number to call but hadn't checked if they could offer an earlier appointment WHY AM I PAYING PREMIUM BRAND PRICES FOR INSURANCE WHEN ALL AA DOES IS GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO ARRANGE THINGS MYSELF?
