Disgusting customer service. Last night car broke down, and we called their services at 11:00, they promised to come by with a recovery truck at 12:00 and only arrived at 2:00 leaving us stranded in the highway for over 3 hours. Offered a taxi service to drive us home afterwards, Was promised the taxi at 4, which changed to 5, then 6 and finally arrived at 7. We were waiting for a second taxi for almost two hours after the first one left. We were kept waiting and waiting and had to make continuous calls to the company (AA), who were extremely unhelpful and kept promising times that they did not keep to. I do understand that their company are very busy but it was completely ridiculous how they kept delaying the times without even notifying us. We finally arrived home at 12:00 at night after spending the whole day waiting for the AA to do it’s job.
