Left my son and his one year old baby daughter stranded on side of M62 for almost FOUR HOURS LATER THAN PROMISED TIME IN THE COLD AND DARK!!!!
Said they were a ‘priority’ and help would be there in an hour, then an hour and a half, then 2 hours….. kept pushing back time. Finally arrived FOUR hours later at al almost 1am
Thank goodness for highway patrol who turned up, sat them in a warm car and organised help.
SHAME ON YOU AA!!!!!!!!!!
