They insisted the recovery was in its way when it wasn’t. The automated system takes precious time to navigate and you cannot get through to a human being which is frightening when you are in trouble and vulnerable. I received an aggressive response to my complaint informing me that the AA are very busy at the moment. That is not your customer’s problem, it is your problem AA, and if you can’t afford adequate staffing, don’t take on large amounts of customers for the revenue and then happily leave them stranded when it really matters.
