AA have no issues endangering lives - absolutely awful! Left stranded, repeated lied to, had to speak to five different people for over an hour whilst stranded on the side of the road. Despite being over 30 miles from home I'm eventually told they won't come out to me unless I pay an addition charge of 50% my original fee. If I cancel my policy (with 9 months of cover left) I'll receive ZERO refund, this after they tried to automatically renew my policy last year (despite quite clearly telling them I did not want that to happen) at a much much higher price than the year before. Unhelpful telephone staff who really don't care. Thank god I wasn't stuck on the hard shoulder or with vulnerable persons because the AA would've genuinely been putting people's lives at risk.
