AA declined to recover my vehicle despite being assured by the patrol man that I was covered and that I need only call to arrange the recovery. I was provided with inaccurate information to my detriment.
AA Ceo office investigating, but it has now been weeks and no further forward. The organisation has little integrity and deserve the bad publicity. I will be ditching them for good when my packaged bank account is due for renewal.
