Have been with the AA for years, Annoyingly, always have to spend ages on the phone every year at renewal time to get a better price. This year the cost was a lot more than last year despite discounts, so going with RAC. Have not had a call out for years, so quite annoyed that I am not seen as a valued customer. The person I spoke with this time was not as pleasant as previous people, so I do wonder if I was getting the correct info...
