I had a puncture today on the M23 the AA arrived in 50 mins put a temporary wheel on for me followed me to a tyre shop. He explained everything to me as it happened even got them to close of a lane so I could get out of the escape area fantastic service and really friendly aa man well done and thank you for taking care of me
