Be prepared for all day delays. This is my second flight on Aa with one leg either cancelled or delayed 12 hours in less than two weeks. Plus as a kicker, todays leg that was delayed 12 hrs, they couldn’t be bothered to load our bags on the plane and sent them on a different plane.
Then no one bothered to tell us they did that.
After ten minutes of waiting at the baggage claim I went to ask and found out.
Didnt even bother telling us anything about our bags. Horrible service.
