You don't know if the insurance is any good unless you have to claim. Thankfully up to now I haven't had to.
What surprised me when I was looking for car insurance was that the AA offered a competitive price. Usually I could easily beat their quote. I was really surprised at the price they offered. I suppose I will have to change next year though. No doubt they will put the price up.
