picked Up our car at 2.30am from a hotel car park after a holiday flight.
Drove 5 mins down the road a warning light came on to say we had a flat tyre.
My 76 yr old husband found the tyre had a screw in the tyre.He tried to put a temporary tyre on but did not have the tool to unlock the locking wheel nut .For 3 hours we sat in the car needing the toilet .had to go in bushes.we had only had the car for three months I was in tears and cold .we don’t cal the AA for fun Service waiting time horrible .the time before that in our other car we waited 2 hours
