Abysmal customer service.... I omitted to mention that I had made a query about a claim on previous policy but did not proceed with claim and AA then cancelled my insurance which made it almost impossible to get renewal insurance elsewhere.
Despite numerous emails I got nowhere and they even had the cheek to make a deduction from my refund for 'admin'....outrageous!
