I spoke to Olivia in the customer in service team today, 7/7/20 at approx 13.40hs, to change my insurance from a Pixo to go to my new car. She was very polite, efficient and fas, but very patient and helpful. She went out of her way to sort things for me and promptly, even after the sale! That's service! Please praise and/or reward her for me.
If only all staff on the phones in other companies were like her!
