Jack was friendly and very welcoming. I’m relatively new in the HiFi world and he gave frsnk advice on where and what to expect to spend to make improvements to my system. For now, I bought a Supernait 3 and traded my XS3. A good deal for me and I will be back for more…👍🏼👍🏼
