I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Jack and the team at Audiobarn for such fantastic and genuine customer service, following my initial purchase of a pair of speakers from them I had cause to call on Jack for help regards an amplifier that needed looking at, after a few well placed questions it was decided to send the amp back to the manufacturer for a service. Whilst collecting the amp Jack checked out an interconnect to make sure that was working correctly and also gave advice on a streamer that I already owned. It's rare to receive such service these days, but Jack and the team recognise that looking after customers will encourage them to return and also to let others know about the amazing service received.
