Friendly and relaxed service and demonstrations in lovely environment and with no sales pressure. Pertinent and valuable advice offered when requested which helped with final decisions. Went the 'extra mile' in accommodating requirements which helped very much in coming to a final decision. Great job with installation clean and tidy with nothing too much trouble.
