From the initial contact and our first meeting to discuss requirements, Ben and Jack were nothing but helpfull and knowledgeble. It was quite quickly established what we were trying to achieve and Jack and Ben came up with a number of options which we were able to listen to with my speakers in a room that was of a similar size to ours. Nothing was too much trouble and my wife and I were able to listen repeatedly to the different options. After listening for some time, Ben came up with another option which we eventually settled on. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audiobarn to anyone that is thinking of either upgrading their HiFi or starting from scratch.
