Jack at the Audiobarn was fantastic to deal with. He offered advice on a replacement cartridge to replace the damaged Exact on my Rega 50th Anniversary P3 and I went for Rega's newly released Nd7 cartridge. Jack offered advice on how to fit it myself and even arranged next day delivery. I was up and running the next day. My local dealer who supplied my P3 originally is closing down but they referred me to Jack at Audiobarn, so as one door closes another one opens. I'd certainly use them again.
