Hi so recently my Luxman 550Aii amplifier which is my ninth purchase from the Audio Barn, which had to go back for repair on warranty ,no fault of the Audio Barn but I must say I've been absolutely looked after completely by then. Excellent customer care Obviously they are governed by Luxman UK repair centre and it's taken a while for parts, nevertheless They've been very transparent and supportive, but as we all know Products can go wrong it’s very unusual but it does happen,I'd like to say thank you to Ben at the Audio Barn he's very very easy to talk to and just a great bloke,a knowledgeable HIFI ambassador , so while my amp is away for repair which is a phenomenal amplifier Luxman 550A. The Audio Barn have been kind enough to lend me equipment amplifiers etc which has been great fun 🤩 I would highly recommend a visit to the Audio barn Thay have an amazing establishment, when I was there last I listen to audio note all valve system on demo just amazing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the good work gentlemen . I think I've learnt if possible try and demo HIFI in your own environment. Once again thanks to the team at Audio Barn .
