The AudioBarn is set down a country lane outside of Harlow New Town. I ventured over there after reading many reviews on streamers and off the Auralic site the AudioBarn was the nearest. You cannot be impressed when you walk through the door with the gear that’s in there, its wall to wall nirvana for anyone that enjoys Hi-Fi. I explained what I was looking for and the owner Jack made me an appointment to try out the Auralic streamers. On the day I brought over my Blue Ray player that does steam to see if the Auralic would be better in sound and use. Jack had set up the demo room upstairs and had everything connected to try out first the Auralic Mini, which seems to be on par with the unit I already owned. So we put in the Auralic Altair which gave an overall improvement, this was over a two hour session so there was no rush in demoing the product. The Auralic Altair was loaned out to me for few days home trail. Jack gives you time and knowledge without any pressure to buy which in this case happened. But the next time when I am looking to buy Quality Hi-Fi this will be my first port of call. Terence Townhill
