I drove over to the Audiobarn from Kent. Jack made me feel welcome and set out a few headphones for me to consider as we had agreed previously over the phone. After rearranging the furniture to suit and showing me the controls he left me to listen to the music I brought with me - no pressure to purchase any model over any other but offered plenty of advice if I asked for it.
