Having taken my time over the decision to purchase new speakers, Jack made the whole process a smooth and enjoyable one. I had two extended listening sessions at The Audiobarn, in relaxed and very comfortable surroundings (and very good coffee!), and was able to carefully listen to the variety of music I had brought myself. He happily swapped speakers around to suit my needs. He then arranged the loan of a demo pair so that I could audition them in my own house, and I was able to have them for some ten days, well long enough to make a decision. Decision having been made, the new speakers duly arrived within a week, and the ancillary cables shortly after. The whole exercise was relaxed and very pleasant, and it was good to just chat with somebody who is extremely knowledgeable, but does not do the "hard sell". Highly recommended.
