I Bought a new Nait xs 3 and Rega Gloss black P3 Turntable, all was well with the Rega but the Nait had an issue with channel balance, Jack didn't hesitate to have it replaced, unfortunately the replacement had the same fault different channel this time, it was a Good job Jack and Steve opened it to check for me before going home. A third Nait was ordered whilst i was in store with the aid of a Naim representative who was visiting the store at that time. Jack said when the replacement Nait arrives which was only a few days later he would deliver to my home, this was a lot more than i was expecting to happen. Thanks to Naim for the quick turnaround hopefully i was just unlucky, but massive thanks to Jack and Steve at the the Audiobarn all done a few weeks before Christmas a very busy time for them. OF COURSE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
