Cannot fault the product or the service of the battery guys. However their choice of courier was a bit of a disappointment in that the tracking info told me correctly where my parcel was so i was ready near the front door to receive it as it said it needed a signature. However imagine my surprise when the tracker said it had been delivered but obviously not to my house as there had been no knock or ring at my door. A few minutes later my neighbour arrived at my door in his dressing gown with my parcel which he said had been left on his doorstep while he had been in the shower and unable to answer the ring of his doorbell!!! The package was properly addressed so no excuses and what was the point of saying a signature was required.
