I had a very positive experience with The Battery Guys. John picked up my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me which battery to buy - and it was the best value of the range, not the most expensive - and also said that he reckoned that I would be quite capable of changing it myself instead of going to a garage to get it changed. He did send it for next-day delivery via Yodel, and I got an email from Yodel saying that I would receive it the next day. However, it was Yodel that let me down in this regard as they took two days to deliver rather than one. I found an online video that was perfect in showing me how to change the battery - it was for a Renault Twingo battery and my car is a Renault Wind which has the same engine as a Twingo. It took me about half an hour to replace and bingo! I have a car that has been running perfectly since then. Many thanks.
