I ordered a battery for a Hyundia ionic. I paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive
I had used battery guys in the past and found them very good but on this occasion poor. They made no contact with me to say that they were not able to supply the battery. I later checked my bank and found my money had been refunded. I checked my emails and only found the refund detail in spam. No explanation given.
