Lots good about this business. Web site clear, purchase process easy, price okay and kept informed by email of progress. Issue though was delivery. Tucked away in the T&C's it states the battery has to be signed for. Possibly regulations rather than the companies choice - the battery does contain strong acid. The delivery company though only delivers 'sometim' during the day so I had to stay in all day. I did receive a message at 13.10 saying it would be delivered between 13.37 and 15.27 and it was. Learning point - read the T&C's as I wouldn't have ordered the battery if I had checked delivery. Oh and I didn't need to sign for the battery, it was just handed over to me.
