I ordered battery on Thursday and payed for guaranteed next working day delivery the battery arrived Monday what happened to Guaranteed next working day delivery ok I ordered after 3.30pm so thought it would come Saturday but apparently they don’t work Saturday and Sunday so thought they must deliver themselves no it was DHL do couriers not work Saturdays my battery was dispatched Friday. Sadly won’t be using The Battery Guys again.
