Buying a battery here was a waste of money. Buying cheap is buying expensive, is the moral of this story. The battery was completely dead after a few weeks. When I enquired as to the warranty, I was pointed to the company's terms and conditions. In there, it said, a car battery could be completely flat when not used for a couple of weeks. Now this is news to me, as many people leave their cars at airports when going on holiday abroad, only to find the car starts upon their return. So I'm sorry, I won't be told horse droppings are figs. In addition, in order for The Battery Guys to 'test' the faulty battery, I have to fork out more money to courier the battery to them, and again to get it back. A warranty that requires the consumer to part with more money in order to rely on the warranty, is not much of a guarantee to me. Avoid - the £15 you save by buying a battery online isn't worth it. Get one from your local dealer, or Halfords, so you can walk in there with the battery if it proves to be sub-standard or faulty.
