Prompt delivery, which was good. Unfortunately, the battery I received was not the battery I order. I now have a battery I cannot use, which costs less than the one I paid for. I have sent customer services a message but have not received a reply yet (presuming because it’s been a weekend) but will be phoning them soon enough to arrange for either my money back or for them to collect this wrong battery and give me the right battery that I paid for.
