I ordered a battery from them beginning of April, before the shutdown, Despite a note on the order explaining the type of battery, connections etc, they sent the wrong one, I emailed them several times, no response til June With a lame excuse about their email setup, I have returned the battery to them as requested, asking to send the right one at my own cost Have heard nothing from them since 9th June, no battery, no refund, nothing I realise with the current situation things are difficult, however no excuses for not at least replying to the emails I really don't know what to say other than DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES I've waited this long to do a review to give them a chance to get it sorted out But enough is enough I will have to find another means of getting my money back via PayPal
