Website was easier to use and find the battery I needed than their competitors (I like to shop around) The battery was good value, I found a few lower priced but they were of a lower spec. (I hate paying more than I have to for decent quality) Ordering process was a simple as it can be Communication was good with an email for each step of the order delivery process. Delivery was made when promised (only downside was the pachaging was starting to deteriorate, but is a very minor point, it arrived safe and intact after all :) Overall, I would use them again and would recomment them.
