I can't fault you at all either :-) I have taken courses with you in order to set up my own business Hannah's Place, which is now running, hoping to really take off in 2014. I have your certificates proudly framed on my salon wall in the reception area as the first thing for new clients to see as I believe this instils further confidence in my services. You have been so supportive, warm and friendly and SO knowledgeable and professional from my first phone enquiry right to attending the courses with very fabulous, experienced trainers. Thank you Beauty Academy. My only gripe??.....I can't afford any more of your course for quite a while now but I'm sure once my business takes off I'll be back! Fingers crossed! Hannah
