I ordered a king bedding set for m The Bella Cottage. The website was having issues and did not select the correct color I ordered. I did not catch the error at time of check out. In total, the bedding I purchased was over $3500.00, $500 for the bed skirt. When I received my order, I was very shocked to see a white bed skirt instead of color sterling which I thought I ordered. I called The Bella Cottage and was told the manufacturer does not do refunds or exchanges since the bedding is made to order. The Bella Cottage went above and beyond to make the error right. They gave me points that I could use toward the purchase of a new bed skirt in the correct color. Even though it was not replaced for free, the points I received helped me purchase the replacement bed skirt at half the original cost. The customer service I received was outstanding. I have ordered from this retailer before and the things I have received have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this retailer. They have beautiful and unique items that you can't find anywhere else.
