I wish I could give more then 5 stars! Fantastic customer service!! I placed an order for a ring as a gift for mother's day for my great-niece to give her mother (my niece) for mother's day. This ring is perfect as it is both of their birthstones combined. There website showed about a 2 week time span for product to arrive, however Theresa contacted me within 2 hours or less of placing my order to inform me that it actually was a different time span due to product restock availability from their Vendor and asked if I would like a different selection. I was sad because it would be late for Mother's Day but it is such a specific ring that matched what I needed I was willing to wait for it. A week later I was happily surprised with a tracking email from the company and a bit confused. I reached out and again Theresa got right back to me telling me yes it was the one I ordered and that they had received a package that had gotten lost in transit to them and this is why it would not be available until later then I had hoped because Vendor's availability. I know they didn't "find" the package themselves and I am lucky that it was found and delivered, but the communication was one of the best I have ever dealt with and so quick and informative from the get go without having to "look into it." their people know their jobs and have the answers to questions you need. Thanks so much Theresa and Black Bos Jewelry Co. ! The ring has arrived and is beautiful! I showed my 5 year old great-niece and she is so excited to have it to give her mom.
