my experience was very pleasant, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I initially ordered a different item that I didn't realize was on backorder. When I didn't feel like waiting any longer so I reached out to them and they promptly issued a refund. I was more impressed that the salesperson didn't leave it there but wanted to see if she could help me get something else. She sent me a few different items that she thought I might like and I found something better than I was initially looking for. She wasn't pushy at all in trying to get a sale. Normally when I buy online I look at the reviews and I always look at the worst ones first to see if there are any red flags. I've never seen a review page that had a 99% Good rating, I now know why.
