I have posted 2 reviews on their site about the horrendous reaction I had to their Tea Tree Oil. This review was honest and genuine. However, both have been rejected for ‘not meeting their standards’ aka not leaving a positive review. They often get on their high horse and say how ethical and transparent they are however this isn’t the case. How is anyone meant to make an informed decision on a product if all the honest negative reviews aren’t published?
This could have saved me a lot of heartbreak trying to fix the mess their product has made of my face as had I known I could have had a reaction with my skin type I’d have bought something else from the range or bought elsewhere. I feel they are completely conning customers, I wondered why there were so many good reviews - and now I know why!!
