After a failure by Royal Mail to deliver the parcel, I was in contact with The Bristol Shop via email to get another sent. After some initial helpful communication, I then suddenly found my emails being ignored and I was left with no choice but to reach out to the artist personally to have the artwork delivered.
Very poor customer service unfortunately.
